Superintendent [email protected]
Brad has worked in construction for more than 28 years. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter and for the past 12 years he has been a foreman and construction supervisor. Brad has worked closely with Bart Rasmussen on most of the projects completed by WSU since 1990. He has excellent understanding of the University’s facilities and infrastructure having completed more than 15 projects ranging from small tenant improvement and repair work, to large-scale additions and new buildings. This familiarity, as well as his construction knowledge, makes Brad an excellent superintendent.
Some of the major projects Brad has worked on at Washington State University are Bohler Gymnasium, Chilled Water Facility, Education Addition, Indoor Practice Facility, Martin Stadium Phase 1 & 2, Martin Stadium Luxury Box Upgrades and New Luxury Boxes, Martin Stadium Renovation, Olympia Student Housing and Northside 1, and the Power Plant Addition. In addition, Brad just finished the Pullman Building Supply Store.
